Mario Super Sluggers brings you the most fun and interactive baseball game ever made!

Mario is the star, but he has brought 40 different friends from all the different Nintendo games to join in the fun. You can even have your Wii get in on the batting action!

You’ll have several modes to choose from, starting with Practice mode, where you can brush up on your skills. You’ll learn to use the Wiimote (and Nunchuck if you choose) to bat in this mode, and this will help you decide which of the three available control schemes works best for you.

When you’re feeling confident and ready to recruit your new baseball team, it’s time for Challenge mode.

This is the main mode of the game, and where you will be able to pick your team captain, unlock all the characters, and travel around to each of the different stadiums.

There is lots of fun strategy in planning your team, since each character has something different to offer, and it’s your job to pick a team that can work together.

Each time you challenge another team and win, you’ll unlock more characters and more new stadiums to play in!

Minigames are another extra fun mode in the game, and you’ll have nine minigames, plus a few unlockable secret games for you to play alone or with friends.

Toy field is another extra mode that’s fun to play alone or with friends. You’ll practice hitting the ball to specific places. When a player catches the ball, it’s his turn at bat! In the exhibition mode, you’ll pick and choose your team and even the time of day to play, and it’s another great way to enjoy the game with a couple of pals.

Even if you’re brand new to the baseball world, you’ll soon be swinging the Wiimote to hit the ball right out of the park!

Mario and Sonic at The Olympic Games

Two of the most popular video game mascots of all time are together for the first time ever to play in the Olympic Games, Wii style.

Mario the Plumber and Sonic the Hedgehog are joined by a host of characters from both of their worlds, including Mario pals Yoshi and Luigi, and Sonic’s friends Tails and Knuckles, for a total of 16 playable characters. Characters can compete in 24 different games, all from the real 2008 Olympic games in Beijing.

Table tennis, archery, track, the high jump, swimming, relay races, rowing, and many more exciting activities are included. The Wiimote and Nunchuck are the ideal controllers for this game, and make for some wild fun as you swing your Wiimote to hit the tennis ball and using a carefully timed Nunchuck and Wiimote combo to draw your bow and shoot the arrow.

Start your training and get ready because you’ll need your strength for the fast and furious rowing competition - the arm motions feel so real you’ll believe you’re really rowing for the gold medal! Extra unlockable events are called the “Dream Events”.

In these bonus events you can really have the best of both worlds - you’ll be playing the Olympic events, but familiar items from all your favorite games are scattered throughout as rewards-you can collect coins, and even use powers from past Mario games !

Each character is grouped by their individual strengths and weaknesses into one of four character types. You’ll choose from all-around characters like Mario, Technical skill specialists like Peach (who excel in one area but are not as strong in the others), Speed superstars like Sonic and Yoshi, and Power stars like Bowser.

Single player game will allow you to choose your favorite character and play through the whole Olympic circuit, or take it one event at a time. This is also the easiest way to unlock all those extra Dream stages!

You can have up to four simultaneous players on the Wii, and it’s the perfect game for the whole family to enjoy together. Mario and Sonic promise you hours of fun as they go for the gold!

We Ski for Wii

Get ready for the ride of your life! We Ski for the Wii is such a life-like skiing experience that you can practically feel the fresh powder.

You can choose to use the standard Wii Nunchuck and remote to swoosh down the slopes, or add incredible extra depth with the Wii balance board. We Ski ’s support of the balance board is one of the very best uses yet of this unique hardware, because you just can’t beat the feeling of standing on that balance board, dodging through the trails, and watching it all unfold in real time on the screen. You’ll have 14 unique courses to choose from, each full of twists, turns, and virtually double replay value since you’ll be able to race each of these at night as well.

The night skiing is spectacular – just don’t get too distracted by those gorgeous fireworks displays in the sky, you’ve got a race to win! Course difficulty ranges from bunny trails for the beginners up to the ultra-challenging Black Diamond trails for the expert skiers.

Before you dive in to the trails, you’ll probably want to check out the Ski School, where you’ll learn all the moves, including braking, air tricks, how to speed up, and how to recover from a crash. Attending Ski School might just get you a bonus for your character to wear in the game.

Your character is fully customizable: in fact, you can even use your Wii in the game. There are plenty of great character options, and customization is absolutely fantastic. You can choose everything from hair color and style to every single aspect of your skiier’s outfit. Once your skiier has learned a few tricks in the ski school and is ready to hit the slopes, Freestyle mode is the place to be!

You’ll be able to really explore the mountain in this mode, and earn star points as you advance. Those star points will unlock secrets and help you earn new outfits for your character. You can enjoy all sorts of skiing events on the mountain, including Centipede races and an awesomely fun and challenging search and rescue game called Orienteering.

A really fun extra is the photography - you can have snapshots taken of your character, which then go into an album you can view anytime, or even upload via WiConnect24 to share with your friends!

Speaking of friends, We Ski is just as much fun with friends as it is by yourself. You can play with up to four players simultaneously, and it’s the perfect family game.
