Wii Nunchuk Controller

The Nunchuck connects to the Wii remote via a long cord, and is designed to work perfectly in unison with the remote. In fact, the cord connecting two controllers is what gave the Nunchuck it’s name - the controllers resemble the Japanese martial arts weapon called Nunchaku.

The Nunchuck controller plugs right into the bottom of the Wiimote, and once connected, you’ll have seamless integration between your controllers and the Wii console.

The Nunchuck fits perfectly in either your left or right hand, while your other hand is free to hold the Wiimote.

An analog stick (for directional movement) is at the center of the nunchuck, with two trigger buttons on the back, the C button and the Z button.

The overall size of the Nunchuck is smaller than the Wiimote, and it’s contoured to fit perfectly into your hand, and feels very natural as you hold it. The analog stick on the Nunchuck allows for instantly responsive character movement, and it allows the directional pad on the Wiimote to be freed up for use on specific actions.

When you’re playing football, you can have your players moving fast via the Nunchuck while you throw with your Wiimote hand.

Wii Boxing is another incredibly fun way to use the Nunchuck, since you can keep it in your less dominant hand and use it for small punches and jabs, while you use your Wiimote hand for the big punches.
